Aubry and Kale Walch are a sibling duo who opened a vegan butcher in Minnesota, The Herbivorous Butcher. Growing up in a Guamanian family, meat and fish were always key staples of the Walch family meals. Now, this sister and brother double act are on a mission to uphold their family’s traditions while creating plant-based “meat” that tastes great and has the added health benefits of plants.

Post-filming update: In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Aubry and Kale closed The Herbivorous Butcher to all walk-in customers but remain open and operating to fulfil curb-side pick-up orders and to continue shipping their products around the U.S.
